Harmoniuos

Harmoniuos is to replace the Epcot Forever nighttime spectacular show.  Construction had temporarily stopped but has now resumed.  While no date has, as yet been set for its debut show, it is looking like it will be around October 2021.

It will be the largest nighttime spectacular ever created for a Disney theme park.  Concept art and descriptions make it look like a mix of World of Color and traditional fireworks show with floating set pieces, LED panels, dancing water fountains, pyro, lasers, spotlights, and much more.

The show will celebrate how the music of Disney inspires people the world over.  Carrying them away harmoniously on a stream of familiar Disney songs re-interpreted by diverse artists from around the globe.  In addition to the nighttime spectacular, Disney recently revealed that there will be a daytime foundation show on World Showcase Lagoon.

Future World

The Space 220 restaurant is being build adjacent to Mission Space and will open this year.  Somewhere between March-May 2021.

New park entrance and play pavilion

Play Pavilion will replace Wonders of Life in time for Disney World’s 50th Anniversary.  Either Fall 2021 or early 2022.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

This is a hybrid roller coaster.  This was due to open this year, but due to construction halting, it now looks like it won’t open before Summer 2022.

Moana: journey of Water

This is the first ever attraction based on this hit film Moana.  It will be at the front of Epcot.  This water maze will be a lush environment where guests can interact with living water in a beautiful and inspiring setting.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

A family friendly Ratatouille trackless dark ride that will open in expansion of the France pavilion.  It was originally due to open in Summer 2020, now due to open this year.

In addition to this ride, the expansion to the France pavilion will include a variety of retail and restaurants additions, most notably La Creperie de Paris.  This creperie will offer both table and quick service options featuring a menu from celebrity chef Jerome Bocuse.

DuckTales World Showcase Adventure

This adventure will debut at some point.  Guests will be able to use the Play Disney Parks mobile app to search for priceless treasure alongside Scrooge McDuck, Donald, nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie, Launchpad and Webby.  It is an interactive scavenger hunt round World Showcase that previously featured Kim Possible and currently Phineas & Ferb.  It should be a good way to engage kids in an area of Epcot they often found ‘boring’.
