…Our 16 nights at Jean’s villa was simply, excellent. Clean, tidy and just so, it was ideally suited for our teenage family while we could fully enjoy the villa. The Shire is a great quite location, only minutes from the I4 and easy access to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and i-Drive. Not forgetting Kennedy Space Center which you must visit (and if there’s a launch scheduled just get there!!). Also handy for Busch Gardens and Tampa, etc, we’ll certainly look here first when coming back again – which we will….

…This is our first time visiting Florida and we certainly were not disappointed. From the word go Jean was very helpful with everything. I only had to send an email with any question and almost immediately she would reply. Our flight going was delayed by 24 hours and Jean emailed on the Saturday night to make sure we had got there ok. She also gave us the opportunity of a late leaving time instead of the usual10am on the day of our departure as she didn’t have someone going in until the next day. We thought this was a really kind gesture as not everyone would be that obliging. The villa is very clean, spacious (plenty of room for hanging up everyones clothes) and well ventilated which we needed with the time of year we were there. It is a gated community which we wanted as we have children and also with it being our first time visiting. The estate is well maintained and is really quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. It’s only approx 20mins by car to get to all the theme parks which is really good. We will definitely be back!!….

….Everything on web site was true, house was very clean and luxuarious.The house location was great for all thyme parks, within 15 to 20 mins drive. Supermarket/shops and dining were great and close to house, espically after a busy day at parks. We went at beginning of sept. and had no waiting time on rides, weather great apart from one day. Our stay in the house felt very safe and secure….

….We stayed in this villa from 15.06.13 – 06.07.13 The villa is situated in The Shire in Westhaven. This is in the Champions Gate area. There is a Publix Supermarket, Chemist, McD’s, Chillis Restaurant, Dominos and Subway all within 5 mins drive. It is an upmarket, safe area which is very handy and close to the Disney parks. The villa itself is luxurious and spotlessly clean. The furniture is of a high quality. The beds are especially comfortable. My hubbie normally does not sleep well on hols but slept like a log in this bed! It is well equipped and had everything we needed. For us the highlight of the villa was the pool and spa. This was where we spent most of our time. It is beautiful and not overlooked. The neighbouring villas do not “feel” on top of you and you have your privacy. The pool was cleaned every Saturday. The owner Jean was a pleasure to deal with. She could not do enough for us. She was very prompt to answer emails. This was our 3rd time to stay in a villa in Florida and this particular villa was the best by a mile. We very much hope to return to it and I have already recommended it to family and friends….

…Just back from a 14 day break at “the Shire” the owner Jean’s Villa and it was even better than the pictures show. The accommodation is in excellent condition with a great kitchen if you get fed up of eating out. The big plus for us was the washing machine and tumble dryer, its the first holiday we have come back with no dirty washing!! Bedrooms were great too, we had 8 adults and we found their was plenty of room. Pool is not the biggest but ideal for relaxing in after a day at the parks, pool guy came twice when we were there and had some good tips for parks and local area. We found the location of Davenport very handy for most things and would go back to this villa the next time we go to Florida. I have already recommended it to friends since we came home as I was so impressed by this accommodation. We also found the pool table handy for late night competitions, the complex also has an second community pool that has Volleyball and Table Tennis at it, which we again made the most of. The owner Jean was fantastic in answering any questions we had before going and very prompt in returning our security deposit on returning. I have no hesitation in recommending this Villa for a holiday, you will not be disappointed….

….After searching through many condos, hotels, houses in the Orlando area, the pictures, reviews and price for our week stay in this villa made our decision easier. The house is spotless, comfortable (although we are not fans of firm mattresses), we were happy with the entire accommodation. Jean was very helpful, she responded quickly to all my inquiries. We felt secured in the neighborhood, grocery store (Publix) and restaurants are nearby. Disney World and other attractions are not too far and glad we didn’t stay in theme park area, it felt like “home away from home”. We recommend this villa to any family who wants comfort, security, easy access to theme parks and other attractions for a very reasonable price….

My family and I stayed in Jean’s villa last October. We had a fantastic time. Everything we wanted was there. Everything was so clean and tidy. It was even better than the pictures. It was so spacious. We had loads of room. It was great to relax beside the pool in the evenings. The villa is in an excellent location. Close the theme parks and just of the I4. The I4 gives you easy access to wherever you want to go. We went to Bush Gardens and the beaches near Tampa, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre, Shopping malls and so much more. All were so easy to get to. The restaurants were incredible. I eat so much food. There is so much more I want to see that I will definitely go back again, hopefully the sooner the better. I will definitely stay in Jean’s villa again. I would highly recommend it to all my friends. Jean was such a pleasure to deal with. Every question I had she answered promptly. Julie and Keith who manage the villa were on hand while we were out there and they were both so nice and helpful. I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. The weather was warm and the heated pool was a welcome feature. This home was well stocked with linens and towels, and all rooms were clean and comfortable. The property manager (Keith) was extremely helpful when we needed assistance. Thank you, Jean.

17 nights in October with 2 young children. Stayed in this location before so knew what to expect, villa did not disappoint – very comfortable and great pool looking out onto large well maintained grassy area. Everything you could possibly want to ensure hassle free holiday. Quiet estate (suits us fine) yet only a couple minutes’ drive to main Champions-gate shopping area with large Publix, banking facilities, petrol stations, McDonalds and a Chilli’s and access to the I4. 5-10 mins further on the I4 and you are in the Disney area with Seaworld , Universal another 5 mins further on. Highway 27 only 2 mins drive in opposite direction with a Cracker Barrel and Applebees again within 10 mins drive. Highly recommended, great base for exploring with all the parks, outlets and malls within easy driving distance – close enough to return early afternoon once all the fast passes had expired and then return p.m for fireworks, parades and more rides when parks were a little quieter. Only issue was the wi-fi password which was resolved with one quick call as was our request for pool heating to be switched on for the last 10 days. Thanks Jean, we had a ball!

My husband and I stayed here with 3 young children this month. villa itself is lovely, clean and had everything we needed. it is in a lovely area and close to champions gate pool area is great, there is a screen around the pool so we felt safe letting our 2-year-old outside knowing he couldn’t get into the pool and there is also a shaded patio area where we cud have our 5 month old in the shade but still beside us. worked brilliantly for what we needed. Jean was a pleasure to deal with and always responds quickly to any questions.

We’ve stayed in this house for one week and we loved it. Everything was perfect. The house is big, comfortable and has all the equipment that we need. The condo is very calm and nice. There are Publix and Target (both supermarkets) and Wallgreens near the condo. It’s next to the Disney’s parks and the Premium Vineland Outlet, (approx. 20 minutes by car) and 40 minutes to Universal parks and International Dr. Jean is very kind and always available to reply our questions. We also liked so much Keith and Julie who are the responsible for take care of the house and us as well. We had perfect moments and we’ll certainly back. Thank you.

Quel bonheur de revenir après une journée de parc thématique pour profiter de la piscine et son Jaccuzi. La maison est très spacieuse et d’une propreté impeccable.Tout y est pour notre confort et notre relaxation! Tout est facile d’accès : magasin, épicerie, parcs d’attraction, golf, restaurant, mini-golf et j’en passe. Nous avons aussi bénéficié du terrain de tennis et du club house de la communauté. Les vacances ont été trop courtes!!! De plus, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.

We stayed for two weeks in this very modern clean house. The location is perfect for all the parks and shopping. Will go back again. Jean was very professional and our stay could not have gone better. No haste of going to a separate location for key collection. Kids loved the pool and felt safe in the gated community. 10/10 based on my stay.

Beautiful clean modern home. Very convenient location to parks. My family loved the house. Jean was great to work with very quick response to my questions. I will defiantly book again. We had an awesome stay.

Very nice house and neighbourhood. Safe for walks and runs in the evenings yet close to amenities like shopping etc. Little hard to find on first evening. Only complaint would be the sofa which is too soft for comfortable seating. (The living area has been completely redecorated)

We had a very great time to stay for our first time trip to Disney with our friends. Everybody likes it. Clean, quiet, safe, excellent management plus fluent communication from owner. We would recommend to our friends when they plan to visit next time.
